How to use:
Step 1: Apply mascara and wait for it to completely dry.

Step 2. Evenly apply topcoat from root to tip of lashes, on top of your favourite mascara.

Step 4. Remove with WISHFUL's Clean Genie Cleansing Balm or oil cleansing balm of your choice.
