If you're reading this, you probably have dry hands because, well, most of us have dry hands right now. The months of handwashing and sanitizer have likely left your paws feeling parched, plus the onset of the colder weather doesn't help. But fear not! We have two handy (pun, intended) creams that are guaranteed to give your hands some much-needed TLC, nourishment, and hydration.
A rich balm, this is packed with coconut oil, murumuru and shea butters to moisturise, hydrate and soften your hands without leave a greasy film. Scented with Rue St. Honoré—a French-inspired aroma with notes of Violet, Gardenia and White Musk—it's delicious.
Oribe Cote d'Azur Nourishing Hand Crème
Not only is this hand cream seriously effective, but it also smells glorious, and looks super chic too. Lightly scented with Oribe's signature Côte d’Azur fragrance (it's slightly fruit and musky and smells incredible) this contains a nourishing and hydrating blend of ingredients including sweet almond oil, shea butter, sodium hyaluronate, aloe leaf juice, and glycerin to hydrate and smooth, whilst restoring suppleness.
With both, massage a small amount into your hands and they will quickly sink into the skin without leaving any unwanted greasiness. Or, apply a thicker layer before bed.
Top tips: The backs of your hands are exposed to the elements more than other parts of your body, so be sure to apply SPF to your hands on sunny days and reapply regularly. Also, when you're applying your skincare in the mornings and evenings, you can always rub any excess into the backs of your hands for extra nourishment!
Want your hand cream to work even harder? Give your hands a gentle exfoliation once or twice a week - you can use any body or face scrub and it will do the trick to smooth the skin and clear the way for you hand product to work more effectively.
